What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionality Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2) Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices Have a positive and can-do attitude If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
