Role:
We're looking for a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer who is immediately available to lead the design efforts to create intuitive, engaging, and impactful experiences across digital products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, combining your design expertise with a deep understanding of user needs to drive meaningful solutions.
Requirements
You rock at:
Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and appealing designs;
Performing user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions;
Translating insights from research through the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user-centred principles;
Distilling simplicity from complex user requirements;
Designing responsive layouts that meet accessibility standards;
Discussing and explaining design options;
Working with the tools of the trade, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Axure, Marvel, Overflow, etc.;
Using tools like JIRA and Confluence to facilitate cross-functional collaboration;
Flexibility, decision-making and focusing on the needs of the customer;
Leading large and complex projects;
Defining and prioritising problems to be tackled.
