He is responsible for managing the strategy, vision and roadmap of the product, ensuring a solid and future commercial relation with the client.Prepare reports for the Engagement Lead and upper management regarding status of project.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for helping in the building of a product vision in collaboration with the client.Develop and manage strong client relationships, connecting with key business stakeholders.Responsible for billing their own projects.Responsible for activating cross-selling opportunities.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Coordinate product owners & Tech Leads in order to deliver top quality.Handle several client accounts.Manage client accounts in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business.Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients, making themselves available to handle concerns and building the client's trust to ensure loyalty.Solid knowledge of the Product Lifecycle.Set the vision, the macro plan and the roadmap of the product.Anticipate needs for the product and the customer, cross-selling and up-selling our capabilities.Enforce a solid and high potential digital strategy to maximize results.QualificationsProven experience in client/customer/stakeholder engagement, relationship management.Ability with financial and budgetary processes.Proficient skills on report elaboration, presentation and analysis.Demonstrate analytical thinking and business insight.Strong and continuously updates knowledge of the IT market and the market in which the client operates.Being ahead of the competition by being aware of market conditions and innovations.Solid knowledge of technology (nice to have)
