After spending the day exploring the city sights, many just steps from the Hotel, we invite you for a seasonally inspired, Michelin-starred gastronomic experience at CURA restaurant.About the role We are looking for a Cook to join our CURA Restaurant!What you will doPrepare dinner, food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment; Maintain food storage and handling procedures; Perform technical culinary food production, portion control, and service standards; Follow production schedule; Food preparation ofmeats/poultry/game/fish, vegetables, and fruits; Lifting and moving equipment to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator; Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment; Properly store, rotate, and manage all food products following local, state, federal, and company guidelines and procedures.What you bringExperience in kitchen/culinary operations; Michelin star levelexperience is highly recommended; Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major tasks.
