Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is supporting the Operations across different Workstreams. Your mission will be... Discover and analyze HCM issues in the system and review solution approaches; Identify and realize improvements within the Workday HCM area; Centrally coordinate and streamline multi-language changes and setups across various Workday modules; Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team (e.G. to verify and control the correctness and consistency of data); Implement Change Requests based on Solution Designs including IT-Testing and Deployment; Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs); Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries; Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.
