.WHAT YOU'LL DO EMESA Recruiting Interns are members of the European Recruitment Operations team and are responsible for onboarding and providing end-to-end operations support for the offices and region. The team provides support to recruiting teams across Europe.YOU'RE GOOD AT * Experience or interest in organizing meetings and interviews. * A highly service-oriented mindset with the aim to provide candidates with the best possible experience. * Ability to work effectively with international teams and people from different cultural backgrounds. * Skills in entering and maintaining accurate candidate data in application tracking and candidate relationship management systems. * The ability to provide end-to-end application management support, including auditing and processing candidate applications, initial candidate screening, and communicating statuses to candidates. * Experience or willingness to learn scheduling candidate interviews, updating interview information in the recruitment system, and preparing interview materials. Familiarity with ATS and advanced scheduling tools is a plus. * Skills in administering screening assessments, responding to candidate inquiries, and processing candidate reimbursements. * The ability to provide event support including finalizing event logistics, setting up schedules, preparing marketing materials, and managing the collection of event feedback. * Strong communication skills for conveying logistics information to candidates and staff for events and interviews. * The capability to partner with the Recruiting Operations and Analytics team to create and execute system reports and queries. * An interest in assisting with special projects and analyses as needed.
