What you will do:
Provide specialized support to HR Manager in preparing written advice for stakeholders and optimization/implementation of processes and procedures on global initiatives.
Analyze and present data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and legal risks, and presenting possible solutions and measures.
Support all People Administration Processes ensuring continuous completion and optimization of workflows and methods.
Manage disciplinary proceedings and ensure fairness and legal compliance at all stages.
Oversee time and attendance, including annual leave, absences, and long leaves.
Support the payroll cycle and liaise with suppliers.
Provide administrative and legal expertise across the organization.
What will make you successful for the role:
Degree in HR Management, Employment Relations, Employment Law, or similar field.
3+ years of experience in an HR department.
Experience in BPO and/or large fast-paced Operations' companies will be valued.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level).
Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor regulations.
Proficient with MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook...).
