As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers' enquiries within given timescalesDevelop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client's products and servicesDeal with all correspondence as requested/requiredAccurately log all calls and in line with proceduresResponsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative formsBe able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staffTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
