Team Lead

The Opportunity: You will be a significant part of the R&D department in Portugal, leading one of the Application teams, including backend, frontend, and QA team members. You will be responsible for working closely with the Product team, Architects, and other development teams as well as recruiting for your own team and providing mentorship. You will maintain hands-on development, designing and implementing feature requests using the latest technologies. Requirements: Good experience as a Team Lead (leading at least 3+ members). 5+ years of Software Developer experience. 3+ years of Java experience (Fullstack experience with Angular is an advantage).
