About the role We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will work closely with the recruiter to ensure a seamless candidate experience and a strong pipeline of top talent. What you'll be doing Proactively source potential candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, social media platforms, and other professional networks Initiate contact with potential candidates through personalized outreach, such as emails, and LinkedIn messages Evaluate resumes and profiles to match candidates to specific job requirements Maintain an organized and robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate openings and future needs Track candidate interactions, status updates, and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - TeamTailor Work closely with the recruiter to understand hiring needs and provide them with well-vetted candidates Ensure a smooth handover of interested and qualified candidates for further interviews and assessments Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, market conditions, and candidate feedback to help refine the recruitment strategy Continuously refine sourcing techniques, utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize candidate search and engagement processes. What you'll need Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably within the IT sector. Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other online platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates. Ability to assess candidate potential, technical skills, and cultural fit for various roles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
