Are you ready to make a difference? We are seeking an Assessment & Capability Lead to join our agile and strategic team in the Enabling business area. This role is a key strategic position, creating blueprints, frameworks, standard methodology, mentorship, processes, tools and technology to be deployed by Talent Acquisition (TAq) teams globally. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of recruitment teams, enabling them to attract, assess, and onboard top talent efficiently. This is your chance to ignite your ambitious spirit and own the way as we adopt and embody AstraZeneca's entrepreneurial spirit.Accountabilities:You will be responsible for the overall assessment strategy development for Talent Acquisition, including selection methods, assessment tools, and evaluation criteria. You will ensure the validity, reliability, and fairness of assessment methods and processes by conducting regular reviews, data insights and audits of assessment tools and practices. You will provide training and support to recruiters and hiring managers on assessment techniques, interpretation of assessment results, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be tasked with designing and delivering training programs for recruitment teams to improve their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. In addition to continuously evaluating and refining Talent Acquisition processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, you will collect and analyse recruitment assessment data to identify trends, measure key performance indicators, and inform decision-making. You will promote standard processes in Talent Acquisition, including standardised interview techniques, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding strategies, and compliance with relevant regulation.Essential Skills/Experience:Ability to influence senior managers and partnersAbility to build a relevant strategy and framework to be delivered through othersExpertise in Assessment strategies and tools and/or expertise in Talent Acquisition Enablement, training, education plansConsistent track record in delivering results through a matrix organisationTeamwork and Interpersonal skillsDemonstrates curiosity and pro-activity in exploring and adopting new technologiesExperience of working globally and strong cultural awarenessCan navigate complexity and a matrix environmentWritten and spoken proficiency in EnglishDesired Skills/Experience:Educated to degree level or equivalentProficiency in PortugueseReady to make a difference?
