Thales System Engineer Thales, a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security solutions, seeks a passionate and talented System Engineer to join our Naval Engineering Center (NEC). In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and integrating combat system solutions, ensuring operational advantage for our armed forces customers. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment, tackling technically-demanding projects that push the boundaries of innovation. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand customer needs through advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, and prototypes. Formalize specifications and architectures to propose optimal solutions and products to clients. Participate in the design of the command and control system architecture. Lead or contribute to integration, verification, and validation activities, ensuring system functionality and coherence. Develop and implement test plans and procedures for system-level testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space, Computer Science) or a relevant technical field. Proven experience in Software/Hardware development, Systems Engineering, and Integration & Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ) activities.
