As a Customer Support you will:
Provide top-notch customer support through chat, email, and phone
Help users solve issues on the platform, offering clear guidance
Educate customers on platform features to maximize their website potential
Collaborate with the product and development teams on technical challenges
Stay updated on new platform features to give accurate support
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
895€ gross x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross x 12 months) - basic salary,
up to 100€ gross - performance bonus,
7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
20€ -Transport allowance
What do we offer?
Fixed time, 6 months full time employment contract with possibility of prolongation (according to the Portuguese law)

What do we expect?
You speak perfect French (C2-native)
You speak English - at least B2 level
You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there
You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
If you are tech fan or you have Customer Support experience, it's your great advantage!
EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
