HUGO BOSS is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to join in the BOSS Store Norteshopping team, 40 hours per week.
In your role as a Stockroom, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.
Functions:
• Receiving and arranging merchandise in the warehouse
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Shipping merchandise/interstores/returns
• Managing the back office in the logistics area
• Supporting store replenishment
• Supporting the organization/VM of store stock 40-hour work week with a fixed day off on Sunday and a rotating day off (either Monday or Saturday).
What you can expect: Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor Supporting in all operations for loss prevention Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed Your profile: Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehousing environment Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology Demonstrate strong commercial acumen Willingness to constantly learn & develop Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal Your benefits: HUGO BOSS offers its employees exceptional working conditions in an international environment.
