Sede do centro de IT Nearshore, conta com uma equipa dedicada com cerca de 30 profissionais especializados, integrados em projetos com diversos clientes de renome internacional.Job DescriptionBusiness environment:Regulatory IT Transversal team have in its scope the bridge between Regulatory Business requirements and IT and support Regulatory Activity on different Banking Systems and Regulations.Main Responsibilities:- Analyzing business requirements with users and project managers to continuously enhance the systems;- Participate in the user requirement gathering process and the analysis accordingly;- Conducting business analysis for different projects within TRR;- To keep the solution's global functional design documentation up to date;- To perform/support system testing ( UAT);- To help providing expertise on the complexity of proposed design, estimation on workload/timelines for our team as well as other contributors.Business skills:- Knowledge of financial products: background on finance functions with an understanding of markets products;- Financial systems: previous experience as business analyst on IT financial systems;- Financial environment: first experience in the back-office or front-office areas;- Testing skills: experience performing tests (ex: UAT) to assure data quality;- Additional knowledge in some of the domains of accounting, trading, payments, reporting, regulatory, or derivatives systems would be real advantages for the mission;- Analytical, and result-oriented person with good problem solving and project management skills;Technical skills:-XML-SQL and database scripting;-Nice to have: Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML).
