Business Analyst

Job Description Business environment: Regulatory IT Transversal team have in its scope the bridge between Regulatory Business requirements and IT and support Regulatory Activity on different Banking Systems and Regulations.
Main Responsibilities : - Analyzing business requirements with users and project managers to continuously enhance the systems; - Participate in the user requirement gathering process and the analysis accordingly; - Conducting business analysis for different projects within TRR; - To keep the solution's global functional design documentation up to date; - To perform/support system testing (e.g.
UAT); - To help providing expertise on the complexity of proposed design, estimation on workload/timelines for our team as well as other contributors.
Business skills: -  Knowledge of financial products: background on finance functions with an understanding of markets products; - Financial systems: previous experience as business analyst on IT financial systems; - Financial environment: first experience in the back-office or front-office areas; - Testing skills: experience performing tests (ex: UAT) to assure data quality; - Additional knowledge in some of the domains of accounting, trading, payments, reporting, regulatory, or derivatives systems would be real advantages for the mission; - Analytical, and result-oriented person with good problem solving and project management skills; Technical skills: -XML -SQL and database scripting; -Nice to have: Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML).
