You will need to be able to commute to our office hub as required from time to time.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHWe are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Senior Product Manager to manage our app product, which includes our newly released social network for travellers as well as our core bookings experience. Working together with the rest of the Mobile product team, designers, analysts, and Engineers, and our Head of Mobile to deliver great experiences and strengthen our social strategy further, as well as keep improving our core business experience.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop our existing apps and the social experience on them.Contribute to the overall success of the company through aligned OKRs.Create, maintain, and prioritise the teams to build for Growth.Ensure key KPIs are tracked, measured, and reported on.Deliver features to improve new customer acquisition and retention.Iterate on and build our social strategy together with the rest of the Mobile Product team.Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve the best results.Create compelling business cases with an impact on growth.Discover, implement, and solve significant changes and problems.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience & Qualifications:5+ years' experience in a Product Manager role, ideally in B2C and/or mobile apps.Proven experience driving product roadmaps and taking ownership for high-level goals.Ability to take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, with a constant focus on delivering value for our customers.You understand growth loops and how to build them.Experience working on social features is a distinct advantage.Expert in growth tactics: Conversion optimisation, Retention Analysis, Segmentation, etc.Strong data analytical sense (SQL skill would be great) but general analytical intuition.Strong background working and giving clear feedback to UI and UX designers.Knowledge & Skills:Excellent understanding of metrics and tracking tools. Ability to dive into detailed analysis without losing sight of the big picture
