LOCATION This role is based in Portugal. We have an office hub in Porto available for those who prefer a hybrid model where you can spend time with colleagues in-person. You will need to be able to commute to our office hub as required from time to time.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded Product Manager to manage our app product – which includes our newly released social network for travellers as well as our core bookings experience. Working together with the rest of the Mobile product team, designer, analysts and Engineers and our Head of Mobile to deliver great experiences and strengthen our social strategy further, as well as keep improving our core business experience.

Our mobile native apps are core to our overall strategy as a company. Both our mobile apps are loved by our customers. iOS and Android have 4.8 and 4.6 store ratings respectively. What we want to do now is go much further and deeper into the lives of our travellers, by enabling them to meet like-minded travellers when they are on their trips. We've recently relaunched our apps to give them a fresh new look, as well as introduce a set of features that enable social connections between travellers in the same destination.

Working with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering you will focus on developing and implementing upon new strategic initiatives as well as the tasks that keep the lights on. You'll provide direction and work side by side with engineering to deliver on the Mobile units OKRs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Developing our existing apps and the social experience on them Contributing to the overall success of the company through aligned OKRs Creating, maintaining and prioritising the teams to build for Growth Ensuring key KPIs are tracked, measured and reported on Deliver features to improve new customer acquisition and retention Iterate on and build our social strategy together with the rest of Mobile Product team Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve the best results Creating compelling business cases with an impact on growth Discover, implement and solve significant changes and problems WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in a Product Manager role, ideally focused on mobile apps. You understand growth loops and how to build them. Experience working on social features is a distinct advantage. Expert in growth tactics: Conversion optimisation, Retention Analysis, Segmentation, etc. Strong data analytical sense (SQL skill would great) but general analytical intuition. Strong background working and giving clear feedback to UI and UX designers. Knowledge & Skills: Excellent understanding of metrics and tracking tools. Ability to dive into detailed analysis without losing sight of the big picture. Proven ability to clearly communicate analyses, conclusions, and recommendations verbally, in writing, and visually. Experience in identifying new growth opportunities, introducing new features and/or initiatives, and scaling them significantly with ROI targets in mind. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels — while providing direction and clarity to all involved parties. Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Fluency in spoken and written English.
