Then Emma is the right place for you.What you´ll do:You will be part of our Category Management Team and work as a product or category manager.You drive the product development, marketing and performance & optimization of products in the mattresses' category from an end-to-end perspective.You will work closely with almost every team, the Country teams, Marketing, Research and Development, Operations, etc.You apply a customer-centric and agile approach to your projects.You will learn to work with all tools in the box: Pricing or positioning, UX, new channels, creative assets, new product development, etc.
