Market Access & Public Affairs Specialist Purpose: Jointly develops and implements strategies to secure or optimize patients' access to Bayer portfolio. Major tasks and responsibilities of position: Leads pricing initiatives – prepares and analyzes scenario planning to support business, price management and listing to customers, secures ICM implementation and all local pricing requirements to fulfill local legislation and Bayer SOP's. Jointly prepares price, reimbursement and advocacy strategies for new assets/indications/renegotiations with other MAPA team members, from evidence needs to stakeholder engagement. Co-works on tailored value propositions tools across Bayer portfolio and new communication formats to roll them out effectively. Monitors healthcare system landscape and trends. Value Added: Ensures that pricing activities are in line with Bayer's and national authorities' criteria and legislation, along with business support. Supports submission and follow-up of price & reimbursement applications that are critical success factors for patients' access to our portfolio at a national level, including clinical dossier and pharmacoeconomical studies local adaptation. Prepares and rolls out value propositions and solutions to support products uptake at a regional and local level. Co-develops stakeholders' management plans, such as Patients Associations, to leverage Bayer's reputation and partnerships. Internal relationship: MA&PA Chapter Head and team Marketing & Sales from Pharma and Consumer Medical Finance LPC (flat network of autonomous entrepreneurial teams) External relationship: INFARMED Patients Associations Qualifications: University bachelor or degree in Life Sciences, ideally Pharmaceutical Sciences. 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Market Access arena is preferable. Easiness in crisp communication, interpersonal relationships, and collaboration attitude. Organizational and analytical capabilities, with a project management mindset.
