Company presentation Airbot Technology Limited is the world's leading customer service platform for the airport industry. We have developed a software-as-a-service platform allowing airports to communicate efficiently with passengers on their websites, mobile applications or 3rd-party messaging applications. We are currently working with more than 80 airports around the world, including Frankfurt, London Gatwick, Lisbon and Sydney airports.
Your responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager you will be involved in the following tasks:
Roadmap planning: you will be responsible for planning new features for the entire platform, including Airport AI's chat channels, our Content Management System and our Natural Language Processing technology leveraging Large Language Models.
Product communication: you will handle the communication with clients across the world regarding the platform, update them about new features, prepare and send them the relevant information and documentation.
Your profile You have an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset and hold at least 3 years of relevant product management experience from previous positions. You are a hardworking and very structured person. Good Excel skills, together with written and oral fluency in English, are also required. Knowledge of Portuguese is preferred.
