What you will do Collaborate with our solution delivery teams and customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs; Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability; Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL to ensure efficient and reliable data storage in the cloud; Use infrastructure as code tools to automate cloud deployments; Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security; Use a structured troubleshooting approach to identify and resolve cloud-related issues; Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments to support application deployments; Troubleshoot and configure network settings in cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security; Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration in the cloud; Communicate effectivelywith customers and team members to ensure cloud requirements are met; Part of the on-call rotation team. Must haves Azure experience, preferably certified (5+ years of experience); Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.G., Terraform, CloudFormation); Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes; Client-facing experience in deployments/ installations; Excellent English and communication skills; The candidate must travel for a device pickup and occasionally travel to one of TeamViewer's offices. An easily accessible TeamViewer location is preferred (Portugal, Poland); Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to haves Proficiency in AWS and Google Cloud platforms; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Strong proficiency withLinux and Windows Server administration; Strong proficiency withbash and PowerShell scripting; Experience with creating Terraform Bundles; Experience deploying within an Airgap environment; Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL; Experience with deploying and troubleshooting a microservice-based application.
