Job Description Your contribution to something big:   As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic consultant and advisor to our business leaders, partnering with them to achieve key organizational goals.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and engagement and organizational development.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR practices align with our business strategies and values, ultimately creating a positive work environment.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their organizational needs and develop HR strategies to support business goals Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processes Provide guidance and assistance to managers and associates on HR related topics, as employee relations, talent development, performance management and HR policies and procedures Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring recruitment and retention of Talent Drive employee engagement initiatives and create programs to enhance the overall employee experience, promoting a positive work culture and fostering retention and satisfaction Manage the remuneration development (keeping to budgets and remuneration principles, control/approval of individual pay rises) Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and proactively address any potential issues Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies Qualifications What distinguishes you: Degree in relevant area (HR Management, or related fields) +6 years of experience as HRBP, ideally experience as an HRBP of IT teams Expertise in HR data analytics and reporting Capacity to work autonomously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work on a fast-pace environment and to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities Language skills: Portuguese (native) and English C1 (mandatory) This position is located in Ovar, with reporting to the HR Manager located in Lisbon.
Travelling 1x/month to Lisbon will be required.
