.You'll be focused in Acting as the primary point of contact for the business, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and providing inputs for Go/No-Go decisions Driving workshops to end-users/development team on product and business vision Being responsible for requirements management for the spare parts processes, evaluating process changes and designing the roadmap Working closely with the internal teams, and other relevant departments and stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and foster cross selling opportunities to the business Identifying opportunities for enhancements or upgrades on current systems, and collaborating with the teams to implement necessary changes Coordinating overarching projects & demands (determine affected/needed IT-teams and align tasks/responsibilities) Preparing the change requests in a suitable form for implementation, from which the development packages are derived Giving technical advice & support in the MAN central areas and the sales companies Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for the proposed changes and solutions Carrying out tests on SAP System Steering external service providers if necessary In order to succeed, you'll need Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience Proven experience working as a SAP Business Analyst or related role Good knowledge of SAP SD / MM processes as a user Experience with change management, with ability to drive organizational transformation and adoption of new processes Assertiveness – Ability to say "No" Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and levels of the organization Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, product updates and best practices A great passion for designing and implementing IT solutions for our internal and external customers Strong communication and analytical skills Great English skills, both written and spoken About the Product This Team (Customer Sales Relationship Process) automatizes the management, communication & warranty claim processing between the workshops, the dealer systems and the MAN Head Office using our EOI model (ESA OPEN INTERFACE) based on the SAP WTY module and our MAN customized interfaces.
