Location: Warsaw, Poland or Porto, Portugal Main purpose of the position : Architectural and technical advisory in all AD / AAD and authentication matters within the AD / AAD level 2 operational team Problem solving and technical tickets in the AD / AAD and authentication area Technical optimization and cost conscious solutions always with security in mind Together with the team first contact in AD, AAD and authentication related advisory matters also in collaboration with the level 3 technical team Making sure AD / AAD policies, designs and documentation are adhered to and up to date What you'll do: Resolution of technical tickets in the AD / AAD area as part of the AD / AAD level 2 operational team Evaluation country solutions also in collaboration with architectural community Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and challenges also in collaboration with level 3 team Help design, architect, implement and document projects and solutions within AD and AAD Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in project and operational matters relating to AD / AAD Collaboration with ISS Security and SOC team for reactive and preemptive security related tasks and AD/AAD policy design and implementation in particular Who you'll work with: Collaboration with internal teams and external teams and suppliers (projects and daily business) Consultancy and cooperation with country IT organizations regarding AD, AAD and authentication topics (including consolidation and globalization of IT processes) Collaboration with other IT Teams such as Architecture, Global Information Security, SOC and Global Endpoint Management Successful resolution of technical tickets as part of the AD level 2 operational team Successful technical collaboration in all AD / AAD related matters with level 2 and level 3 teams Architectural and technological impulses for AD / AAD security and infrastructure needs Technical advisory role in AD / AAD related matters Personal skills you excel: Vocational training, Master or Bachelor Degree in IT or other relevant domain but the most important factor is the demonstrated experience within the area of responsibility for the position independently of any academic excellence. Extensive technical experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Certificate Services (PKI, DNS, GPO, ADFS ...) and Azure Active Directory (RBAC, SSO, IAM...) ideally in a geographically distributed environment operating within the MS tiering model or other admin delegation models. Good experience with PowerShell automation Ideally experience with authentication and SSO (OAuth2.0, SAM2.0, JWT ..
