The role The Sales & Marketing Support Manager will play a critical role in supporting the National Field Sales Manager and Key Account Managers by providing relevant information, powerful analytics, and insightful analysis to optimize commercial activities. This position is key in driving commercial performance through data-driven insights and supporting the sales team in achieving strategic objectives. Key accountabilities Track and evaluate key KPIs related to sales force activities, including distribution, visibility, frequency, and sales performance, to identify trends and propose corrective actions. Examine market conditions to uncover gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategic commercial initiatives to address these insights. Create and lead the approval process for sales incentive proposals, aligning them with business goals through the Incentives Steering Committee. Review the effectiveness of trade investments across various channels, customers, and territories, and provide recommendations for optimal resource allocation to commercial teams. Develop and deliver relevant presentations to support key customer meetings, offering strategic guidance and insights. Perform trade segmentation and retail classification analyses to recommend optimal territory and sales rep allocations, focusing on coverage and visit frequency. Skills & experience Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese is mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Solid understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify commercial opportunities and risks. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions proactively. Familiarity with supporting sales teams, particularly in a high-paced commercial environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced Excel skills are essential
