We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead/ Head to work with our Core products. Your main tasks will be: Developing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive growth and improve user engagement for our web and mobile products with the main focus on Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.; Managing work on the purchase of traffic, the introduction of advertising, and A / B testing of creatives on channels; Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Design, Creative, and Engineering, to optimize user acquisition campaigns and ensure the highest possible ROI; Tracking campaign performance indicators and assessing their success by KPI; Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points; Actively contribute to team discussions, initiatives, and knowledge sharing
