Sou uma empresa: KodawariResidencesJob Summary: Manage the Kodawari Residence, a 14 suites Residence in the heart of Oporto, Rua das Flores, and be responsible for overall operations and performance. Main Responsibilities: - Manage a small team of 3 to 5 persons (weekend crew included) - Greet and register guests, doing and overseeing check ins and check outs, answer guest questions about hotel services and policies and the brand and concept - Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness at all times - Ensure Kodawari standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met, including timely and accurately managing of our Welcome and Turndown gift´s - Coordination and compliance with cleaning and inspection schedules, both by from the external team or from the internal team - Assistance throughout the stay, restaurant booking, experiences and other requests from guests in order to improve their experience - Advise on room rates, special dates, allocate funds and approve expenditures when needed - Ensuring stock management, namely for the Welcome and Turndown gift, as well as all other supplies needed to ensure a smooth operation Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience. - Operations background (preferred). - Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. - Competence in MS Office and IT proficiency. - Knowledge of Hotel PMS systems (Opera is a plus). - Familiarity with OTAs such as Booking.com and Airbnb. - Revenue management experience or knowledge.
