At Conrad Algarve we Create Leaders! What will I be doing? As Reservations Intern, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship, you will support the team with the following tasks:
In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephoneResponsible for the accurate processing of reservationsUpdating reservations via the CRS systemExcellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel ratesCorrect handling of reservations documentsAdhere to the company credit policies and proceduresEnsure quality checks on the current reservation systemMaximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitudeKeep guests' information updated to maintain high levels of guest service standardsWhat are we looking for?
