What will I be doing?
As Reservations Intern you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:
In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
Updating reservations via the CRS system
Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
Correct handling of reservations documents
Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system
Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude
Keep guests' information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards
What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Reservations Intern. This role will focus on the following skills and competencies:
Hospitable attitude and service-oriented
Passion for the hospitality industry
Looking for an internship of at least 6 months
