Working schedule: Monday to Sunday (8:00 - 21:00), 8h/day, 40h/5 days per week, 2 rotational days off

Your responsibilities:
Assist French Speaking Customers through various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to Customers regarding software functionality.
Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Fluency in French .
Intermediate English level (at least B2).
Must reside in Portugal.
Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our dynamic team.
Possible start on 20/11.
Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract.
Private health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract).
Training is provided at the beginning of the work.
Competitive salary and remuneration system:
895€ gross x 12 months + 2 extra salaries per year.
Up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus.
