Your role in our team: Guarantee the quality inspection of purchased materials and equipment, in accordance with the company's policies and requirements, also in order to obtain the best conditions, in terms of quality and service level.
Key Responsibilities: Execute quality control checks, according to established procedures and processes, to achieve the expected quality of all purchased materials and equipment, according to Körber Supply Chain specifications and/or legal requirements.Engage with suppliers, communicating the claim and ensuring the process is followed and gets a timely response to the quality complaints from the suppliers of the purchased materials and equipment.Participate in the process of identifying new suppliers and managing the portfolio of current ones, of all purchasing teams.Ensure support and assistance for supplier negotiation processes in the technical, quality, and delivery aspects.Ensure articulation and communication with the various areas of the company, in order to ensure and promote compliance with the principles, procedures, and rules to be followed in the purchasing processes.Ensure that verification and document validation activities are carried out.Ensure the reporting of his/her area management information (performance indicators) in order to provide the necessary information for decision-making processes.Ensure conformity with compliance issues, namely ensuring observance of legal obligations and with internal and external regulations imposed on the company's activities. Support the development of reports and management information analysis for the various stakeholders. Act as a pivot in audits, in articulation with consultants and lawyers, promoting and facilitating the information flow.Your profile: Technical education, preferably a degree in Engineering.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar jobs, preferably with Metrology training.Knowledge in mechanical/technical drawing.Resilience.Good communication and negotiation skills.Strong planning and organization skills.Good time and priorities management.Detail orientation.Excellent English skills (written and spoken).Can you find yourself in this profile?
