If you want to help us strengthen our approaches in a dynamic environment and support Infineon's positioning as a leader in sustainable procurement, then you need to join our team as a Senior Analyst – Supplier Sustainability.
In your new role you will:
Take responsibility for increasingefficiency of supplier sustainability managementby increasingautomation and digitization of sustainability data management and reporting, align requirements with stakeholders, support implementation projects
Analyze supplier data with a focus on sustainability, take over reporting tasks, summarize results in presentations
Support the implementation of thesustainability risk management framework in procurement processesto ensure respect for human rights and environmental protection across the global supply chain
Support newsupplier sustainability projectsand contribute to the further development of the supplier sustainability program
Act as asubject matter expert for sustainabilitywithin the procurement function and managing queries from the organization or external requests
You have the ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously, using yourexcellent analytical skillsto turn complex information into relevant insights. You are an organized person with excellenttime-managementskills. Moreover, you have an interest in making a difference at the intersection of sustainability and procurement with your open mindset and passion for Infineon's success.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, mathematicsor a similar field of studies
At least 1+ years of relevant work experience in sustainability, sustainable procurement, carbon management, (sustainability) data analysis or in a similar field
You have interest in making a difference at the intersection ofsustainability and procurementwith your open mindset and passion for Infineon's success
Using youranalytical skillsto turn complex information into relevant insights, interest in working with data, organized person with structured work approach
Experience insupporting sustainability projects and using digital tools to improve work flowsrelated to own field of expertise
Experience ininteracting with external stakeholders(e.g. suppliers, customers); high standard of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholder required
Experience in working withsupplier and/or sustainability datais a big plus
Fluency in English(mandatory). Speak, read, and write fluently in Chinese is a plus.
