This opportunity is for a global healthcare device and services company that provides technology for sleep testing and solutions for sleep health and general well-being to its clients. The cloud software platform manages complex patient and physician workflows, facilitate collaboration on patient care between medical professionals, monitor treatment progress, engage patients in their care, and more; all while ensuring patient information is secured to the highest standards.
At the core of the cloud ecosystem is a cloud-based web application written primarily in Java, Kotlin, and C#. This core web application supports several ancillary apps, which include a patient-focused mobile app for both Android and iPhone and a desktop tool to securely move medical data from devices into cloud.
The user experience of the products is both on the desktop and mobile applications. The desktop is implemented in the latest version of Angular while mobile applications are written in Flutter.
The Cloud Development team is looking to expand and is looking for a developer to join the new Portugal team, building on the work that has been done in mobile and browser-based applications.
This is an integral position within the company as it will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain the Nox Cloud Platform.
ResponsibilitiesLead our Quality Assurance team to make sure we deliver high-quality software to our customers.Develop and implement the overall testing strategy with manual and automated tests.Define a strategy to define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria.Define a strategy to document test cases, test scripts, and test data.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, considering various testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.) across the development organization.Lead and coordinate the entire testing process.Oversee test execution, including manual and automated testing.Determine product quality benchmarks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, etc.) to ensure alignment.Research new technologies to strengthen the organization, mainly on automated tests and test management.Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization.Provide mentorship, coaching, and team-building to QA team members.RequirementsExceptional organizational skills.Detail-oriented.Experience in managing large cross-functional projects.Understanding of quality processes and compliance requirements.Knowledge in multiple Test Automation software.Strong leadership skills.Team player.Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks.Proficient in computer technology.Knowledge of market trends.Interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
