What are the main responsibilities of a Business Manager? Business Development: Market prospection, schedule and conduct business meetings, manage client relationships, make your business grow.
Hiring: Source, identify, select and recruit the right candidates for your client's needs.
People Management: Manage your team of consultants by building a strong relationship with them, understanding and supporting all needs in order to develop their career.
Do you have? A Bachelor's or Master's preferably in Management/Economics, Engineering or HR.
2-3 years' experience overall in any field.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; another language is a plus.
Dynamic, agile, and organizational skills.
Decision-maker and willing to take risks; able to think outside the box.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
