Project Manager Hematology (m/f/x) Purpose of the function The position will be responsible to support the European and Canadian (EUCAN) regional team as team assistant and project coordinator. In this role, the successful candidate will focus on the support for the regional Medical team. The team support will involve very close collaboration with the regional Medical as well as cross-functional teams. The role will report into the Director European Medical Affairs Hematology. Roles and Responsibilities Manage all departmental financial project related tracking, reconciliation, reporting and processing in SAP and related tools. Preparing and generating of purchase requisitions (BANF) in SAP, tracking, process monitoring and updates. Supporting month-end, quarterly and year-end close financial processes and reporting. Posting goods receipts/service performances and monitoring of project milestones plus adapting finance planning to actual project status. Invoices review and processing, dealing with vendors. Support of preparation and review of cost planning and phasing; Compilation and reporting of accruals in cooperation with the Project Owners. Administrative contract management including creation of RFP's, contribution to vendor selection and administration. Independently managing calendars as well as scheduling and confirming internal and external appointments including ordering catering and booking of meeting rooms. Support team coordination for e.G., team meetings, external and internal events, etc., - e.G., planning, vendors onboarding, budget compliance and execution of events in collaboration with team members/project managers. General assistance in office communication, couriers, IT-requests, etc. Correspondence with international partners and affiliates. Supporting new colleagues in settling down (e.G., organizational set-up with access to tools, etc.). Ensures compliance with applicable company procedures/processes for all mentioned activities. Coordination of internal knowledge management, such as content sharing via existing tools and management of internal educational sessions
