About the Technical Department: The Technical Department at CESO is at the heart of managing the company's project portfolio and is looking for a Project Manager to be a key player in its department. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: As a Project Manager at CESO, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to: Project Planning: Strategically plan project activities and interventions to achieve set objectives. Financial and Contractual Management: Ensure efficient financial and contractual management of projects. Expert Selection: Select and attract experts to meet project requirements, whenever needed. Oversee and support multicultural and multisectoral teams of Experts: Provide essential support to our teams of experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Client and Partner Liaison: Act as a liaison with prestigious clients such as the European Union, World Bank, Government Institutions, and other international partners. Who We're Looking For: We are seeking exceptional individuals who resonate with the very essence of CESO. Our ideal candidate is someone who: Holds a Bachelor's degree (4 years or equivalent) in economics, international relations, or related fields. Brings to the table 3 to 5 years of experience in Development and International Cooperation. Has proven experience in team management. Is well-acquainted with EU institutions and respective dynamics. Possesses self-driven motivation and a keen interest in Public Policies topics across diverse sectors. Embraces a proactive, yet collaborative, approach to project management. Excels in written and verbal communication. Has a resilient and creative mindset. Aligns with our unwavering values and shares our commitment to delivering exceptional work every day.
