Basic Characteristics The company seeks an entrepreneurial, hands-on, ambitious commercially oriented leader. The prospective candidate must have hands-on C-level experience in fast growth B2C online start-ups and a deep understanding of online product and marketing. Preferably the candidate will have a deep understanding in data processes and experience or deep affinity to watches and/or other luxury goods. Responsibilities Provide the leadership necessary to achieve the goals set out by the board and have overall responsibility for company strategy, operations and personnel. Responsible for growing the company to significant revenues (+$20M), while maintaining an efficient cost structure. Responsible for significantly increasing traffic, registered users and usage. Responsible for recruiting and mentoring top talent to the company as needed.
