Conextivity comprises two core business activities: Fischer Connectors and Wearin'.For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for an Project CoordinatorWHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLELead projects from Customer receipt order to Customer deliveryEnsure all your projects are delivered on time, within scope and costCoordinate project team for effective and efficient project executionBuild trust and maintain good stakeholders relationships, through all project phasesIdentify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutionsManage and lead scope changes in the project developmentTrack project progress status & delays and provide update internally in a timely mannerDevelop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goalsTHE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRINGWorking experience in project management in an industrial environment and/or Project Management certificationBachelor's Degree in relevant field of studyKnowledge of PDP and associated tools such as Microsoft project (knowledge of Jira and Big Picture tools would be a plus)Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsFluent French and good level of EnglishPMP certification would be a plusTechnical knowledge of Fischer Connectors products would be a plusWHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEADTeam spirit, resourcefulness & proactive mindsetSolution orientationAbility to synthetize and be rigorous in following development proceduresStrong communication skills, ability to manage conflict within project development#J-18808-Ljbffr
