Responsibilities Include:
Take
ownership of the product vision and strategy, incorporating market trends
and customer demands to define the product roadmap and prioritize topics
for discovery or development.
Collaborate
closely with various internal teams to translate product requirements into
clear user stories, detailed specifications, and actionable tasks.
Act as the
voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to continually
refine and enhance the products 'user experience.
Make
informed decisions about trade-offs between features, scope, and
resources, maximizing the value delivered to customers while meeting
business goals.
Regularly
communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders,
ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization by including
internal and external stakeholders when useful and appropriate.
Champion
user-centric design and ensure the product meets usability standards.
Collaborate
effectively with design and development teams, fostering a culture of
innovation and creativity
Your profile Bachelor's
degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
+3 years of
experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a startup or fast-paced
environment.
Exceptional
communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to convey the product
vision, align stakeholders, and drive consensus.
Experience
working in the renewable industry or with Wind turbines specifically
Strong
project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage
timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for
staying updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging
technologies.
Bonus if you
have experience with Software
engineering, data science, UX/UI design, or scrum master
Developing
data visualization apps
