As a Product Manager - Account to Account Processing , you will play a crucial role in shaping and guiding the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role is part of the Product Management team for SIBS FPS, which owns card processing, channel processing and Account to Account processing.

Role duties but not limited to
Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute it;
Provide insights and drive market awareness in the organization;
Own the product roadmap, maintain and prioritize the product backlog;
Plan and carry out product launches;
Create product pricing;
Own the business case, manage product profitability;
Provide commercial team and other stakeholders with key differentiators;
Write functional requirements - user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.;
Participate in steering meetings, project meetings, prioritization;
Support the development team with any questions they may have to deliver the product;
Define new processes and procedures to increase productivity across the group;
Write client documentation and communication;
Define, implement and monitor product KPI.
Experience Required:
At least 5 years of experience in product roles;
Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant area;
Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle;
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment;
Understanding of the technical development process;
In-depth experience and expertise in payments processing, with the ability to bridge technical intricacies to the broader business context;
Proven ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
Ability to write business and functional requirement documentation;
Effective stakeholder management skills;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation. Simplify complex problems and requirements to make them more accessible to diverse audiences;
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including product owners, UX designers, engineering teams, project managers, support teams, commercialization teams, security teams, to develop and deliver impactful product improvements;
Proficient in both Portuguese and English;
Account to Account payments industry experience, merchant experience and API experience is a plus.
