We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in mortgages and lending to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of our mortgage products, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with market demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for mortgage and lending solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the mortgage and lending space. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications. Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user pain points, and refine product features. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform data-driven decision-making. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all products adhere to legal and ethical standards. Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog to prioritize features and improvements.Requirements: Minimum of 8 years in product management, with experience in software products. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement. Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform product decisions. Experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools related to product management (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Productboard).
