This is your chance to ensure that the procurement technology landscape is effectively utilized, and that governance standards are adhered to across all procurement processes. This is a 1-year fixed-term secondment .Accountabilities: Lead the adoption of procurement technology solutions. Develop and implement organisational change strategies. Maintain a governance framework for procurement technology. Deliver training and support to procurement teams. Supervise and report on the performance of procurement technology solutions. Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure alignment with AstraZeneca's procurement technology strategy. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience in procurement technology adoption and governance within a large organization, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry. Strong understanding of procurement processes and technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong project management skills. Knowledge of procurement systems such as Jaggaer, Coupa, or similar platforms. Experience in change management and training delivery. Familiarity with lean and design thinking techniques.
