.For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Lead and Evangelist experienced in GenAI Technologies. Start: September 2024 Duration: Till end of 2024, extensions possible Location: remote Capacity: flexible (full-time and part time both possible) The Product Lead and Evangelist is responsible for managing requirements and features across data platform product teams to streamline delivery while ensuring optimal alignment with use cases and user requirements. This role involves translating requirements into concrete work items, understanding and minimizing cross-team dependencies, and helping teams prioritize their work. Additionally, as an Evangelist, this role is dedicated to driving the adoption of new methodologies and ways of working within the organization. This includes coaching existing Product Owners, advocating for best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The Product Lead and Evangelist will work closely with the head of data platform and the individual product owners across the data platform product teams. Skills Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data platforms, big data technologies, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering principles to effectively lead technical discussions and make informed decisions. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of products. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify trends, analyze data, and solve complex problems efficiently. User Research: Ability to conduct market research and understand user needs to drive product innovation and ensure user-centric development. Risk Management: Competence in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the stability and reliability of the data platform. Evangelism and Advocacy: Passionate about driving the adoption of new methodologies (e.G. Data Products/ Data Mesh) and ways of working within the organization. Ability to articulate the benefits of new processes and technologies to a diverse audience, gaining buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in coaching and mentoring Product Owners and other team members to embrace and implement innovative practices. Cultural Change Management: Expertise in managing organizational change, including planning, communication, and execution of change initiatives. Experience in overcoming resistance to change and building a supportive environment for continuous improvement. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
