About the position: Collecting technical feedback from the ecosystem to better comprehend and address their requirements. Support Ecosystems to proficiently use Polkadot technology. Design solutions with new onboarding customers. Capturing, evaluating, and presenting feedback for maximum positive impact. Owning the launch of new solutions, updates, and improvements to ensure they meet ecosystem requirements. Advocate the usage of Polkadot technology according to the roadmap. About you: Deep Dive into Customer Needs: Understand the specific requirements and challenges faced by Web3 developers within the Polkadot ecosystem. Knowledge of the web3 spaces: Familiarity with main players in the web3 space and ecosystems. Knowledge of Blockchain Technologies: Possess a good foundation in smart contract development (Solidity and/or Ink!/WASM) and broader blockchain technologies.
