Performance Manager (M/F)

Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Financial Services area, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a Performance Manager (m/f). This professional will be responsible for: Develop and implement outsourcing strategies aligned with company's goals and objectives; Oversee the execution of outsourced projects, including defining project scope, establishing timelines, and monitoring progress; Ensure that outsourced deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices; Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing activities, such as vendor performance issues or data security concerns; Analyze outsourcing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their outsourcing needs and provide regular updates on project status and performance; Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement; Assure and comply with all relevant reporting requirements defined locally or requested by the Group; Develop and accompany measures to improve the services and the SLA´s. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; 3-5 years of experiencein outsourcing, procurement, or vendor management roles; High level of English; Knowledge in Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma or Agile Methodology training (plus); Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills; Professional responsibility, confidentiality and integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
