Job Description
Within the Administrative Management team, you will be responsible for producing employment contracts for young individuals for all the entities managed by the team, which amounts to approximately 2,000 contracts per year (VIE, apprenticeships, and internship programs).
Responsibilities and Tasks of the Youth Work Contracts Team:
Contract Management : Oversee the entire process of drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts for internships, V.I.E, and apprenticeships.
Pre-Onboarding : Manage the pre-onboarding process for new interns, V.I.E participants, and apprentices, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and support.
Liaison with Educational Institutions : Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and training organizations to facilitate recruitment and program alignment.
Compliance and Regulations : Ensure that all contracts adhere to legal requirements and internal policies, staying updated on relevant labor laws.
Reporting and Analytics : Prepare reports on the status of youth work contracts.
Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns regarding contracts.
Continuous Improvement : Evaluate and improve the processes related to youth work contracts based on feedback and changing needs.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources or similar area.
High ability to manage high volume of administrative issues.
Knowledge of French legal texts is a plus.
Fluent French (mandatory) and a good level of English.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized.
Willingness to learn and evolve.
Drive, multi-tasking skills and team spirit.
Ability to work in a multicultural / distributed team.
