Implement overall recruiting strategies and talent management processes in line with JTI Iberia business needs. Be a point of contact for all talent management activities (including talent acquisition, performance management, career planning & development, and employee engagement).Main Areas of ResponsibilityBUSINESS PARTNERINGProactively and independently support line managers and heads of following departments Portugal & Iberia Finance, CA&C, Legal, P&C and Local excomm in identifying key people, business and organization challenges & opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are developed and implemented from beginning to end.AGILE POOLLeverage agile methodologies to lead and support Local and Corporate Projects across various Talent and broader P&C areas for the Iberian markets.TALENT ACQUISITIONEnsure that recruitment efforts in the Iberia markets align with both current and future business needs, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of all hiring requirements. Partner with line/hiring managers to identify and address recruitment needs. Collaborate closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) as the outsourced recruitment center, following global ARCI guidelines. Manage external recruitment processes only when appropriate, in coordination with JTI policies and best business practices.TALENT MANAGEMENTMaximize employee potential through exceptional Talent Management practices.
