Your mission :
As a member of the HR People Ops Team, you will be responsible for managing all daily actions related to payroll, administration, and legal matters concerning our employees at Agicap, ensuring flawless execution and seamless service.
Your responsibilities:Prepare all employee-related documents throughout their lifecycle (offers, contracts, addendums) in France.Maintain personal files and update employee data in our HRIS system.Monitor employees' leaves and absences.Assist with the onboarding of new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check management), when needed.Serve as the first point of contact for employment verification requests, escalating issues to other team members as appropriate.Process employee changes and terminations, including generating documents (contracts, addendums, letters), notifications, and updating HR systems.Coordinate payroll for employees in France by entering data into our payroll system and reviewing monthly payslips.Oversee payroll operations with our payroll providers in France, ensuring data integrity.Collaborate closely with other People teams and HRBPs to execute HR operational processes, with a focus on employee experience and data accuracy.Identify and implement process improvements, using HR systems to automate and reduce manual tasks where possible.Document, maintain, and communicate key HR processes within the HR team.Work with the broader People team (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development, etc.) and other departments.Participate in system testing related to new programs, systems, or process rollouts.Create HR dashboards and follow-up indicators.Analyze social data and recommend areas for improvement.What we're looking for :Experience in payroll management and personnel administration.A degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.Practical experience with payroll tools and HR software.Strong knowledge of French labor legislation.Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of confidentiality.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Team-oriented with a strong service mentality.French native and intermediate level of English proficiency.What we offer our team members :A dynamic work environment with a passionate team and a strong sense of collaboration.An entrepreneurial and empowering environment with lots of autonomy.A beautiful office in the heart of Lisbon, located in one of Europe's most exciting tech hubs.A key moment to join a fast-growing startup.A chance to work within a challenging and supportive team culture, celebrated through regular afterworks, team-building events, and global seminars with all Agicapians.Recruitment Process :Phone interview with Anaïs, Talent Acquisition Specialist.1st Round with Claire Biez, Head of People Ops.2nd Round practical case with Quentin, VP Accounting Tax.
