DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among othersConduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudesEstablish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the informationPrepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the companyBuild a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiterCreate, update, and maintain analytical reports and databasesREQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationEnglish fluency (B2 level)University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similarProven work experience in the fieldStrong organization, communication, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniquesGood understanding of referral programsA positive and 'can do attitude overlooking a community-building approachOFFER: Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)Relocation supportMeal allowance paid in voucher card (net)Monthly Performance BonusFull-time schedule, from Monday to Friday 9h to 18h12 months contract with 30 days trialContinuous training and professional developmentHealth insurance with a dental planMulticultural team, a fast-paced environment, and a diverse pool of engaging projects with some of the best B2C and B2B brands worldwide
